The primary aim of Fidelia Counseling Services, Inc (FCS) is to increase access to mental health care for families throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and beyond.
Our Mission
Fidelia Counseling Services’ mission is to provide clinically and culturally effective mental health prevention and intervention services to all in the community , especially at risk children, adolescents, adults and families. Our goal is to promote social, emotional, economic and behavioral health within families
Organization value satement
FCS's support and stabilization models are based on family centered practices. FCS uses a team approach that often includes formal supports such as a family clinician, case manager, group clinician and individual clinician who work with the family on enhancing what works successfully as well as adjusting and learning skills to improve the quality of life for the family. FCS utilizes four major skills a family needs in order to live a high quality life which include; financial literacy, short-term higher income skill training, behavior management, and effective communication within the family.
